Verdivine offers FREE returns for all purchases on all products with the exception of items that are final sale. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) to us within 7 days of delivery date.

Please note that earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.

What's the warranty？

We offer a 365-days of warranty from the date of delivery.

Under the product warranty, replacement is available for quality issue. We are responsible for all the shipping costs if the issue is verified by us.

Under normal circumstances, enamel does not fade.

Please note that color difference caused by monitors, or nuances of photo-retouching is not a quality issue.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and then email you about our decision in 2-3 business days.

If approved, we'll process your refund in 2-3 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds can sometimes take a while to appear. If you don't see it in 4-5 days, Please first check with your bank. If you still have issues, please contact us.

Please note the shipping fee and tax are non-refundable for remorse return.
